At NOMAD APPAREL, we want you to shop with confidence. Please read our policy below before requesting a refund or exchange.
Exchange Policy

Products can be exchanged within 7 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, unwashed, with original tags and packaging.

Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

For size or color exchanges, a PKR 250 delivery fee will be charged.
Refund Policy
Refunds are only applicable if:

You receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.

The issue is reported within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the product.

The returned item passes our quality inspection.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7 working days after the returned item is received and inspected.
Refunds & Exchanges Will Not Be Accepted If

The request is made after 7 days of delivery.

The product has been used, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery.

Original tags or packaging are missing.

The item was purchased during a sale or clearance (unless it is damaged or incorrect).
