We at NOMAD APPAREL recognize the need for personal information to be kept confidential. Hence we take all necessary (or precautionary) measures to protect every information being provided to us, and it will only be used for transactional purposes. No third-party will be provided with any sort of information.

Please note; In order to provide you with an exclusive shopping experience, we do use cookies to keep track of your activity on the website.

EXCHANGE POLICY

We hope you love your purchase. However, if you change your mind, no problem – we have a hassle-free exchange policy. You can easily return the product and receive Online Store Credit (EXCLUDING SHIPPING) for a future purchase.
This is only applicable to requests received within 10 days of receiving the order. Please note, the exchange policy only applies to unused items, with all the labels and tags intact and in its
original packing.
If you did not make an account with us to make your purchase and checked out as a ‘Guest’ please contact our customer support center at +923020066623 or
customer.services@nomadapparel.pk and our team will guide
you through the process for an exchange.

SHIPPING POLICY

We offer Free delivery on all orders

An order confirmation SMS and email will be sent once you’ve successfully placed an order.

Our Customer Service Department will contact you in one business day to verify the order. You can provide them with any specific instructions related to your order.

Once our Customer Care Department confirms the order, it will then be communicated to our warehouse for further processing.

All orders will be put on hold if not verified through our Customer Service Departement within 72 hours.

Your order should be delivered within 3-5 working days via M&P and Swyft.

In case of a shipment being delayed due to any given reason, you will be informed via phone or email.

We offer only Cash On Delivery at the moment.

New payment methods would be introduced very soon.
