Very Disappointed – Poor After-Sales Service and Unresolved Issue

I had a good experience with my first order, which gave me the confidence to place a larger order later. Unfortunately, the second time, I received items that were incorrect in size and labeling, which was a serious issue given the amount I spent.

I reached out to the company through WhatsApp, and initially, they responded and asked for the necessary details. However, after two days, they stopped replying and even blocked me, which was both surprising and disappointing. Despite my repeated attempts to follow up, I’ve received no response or resolution.

This has caused me a considerable financial loss, and I’m extremely unhappy with how the situation has been handled. There seems to be no proper customer support or after-sales service, which is very concerning for anyone looking to do business with them.

I hope they take responsibility and improve their customer care in the future, but based on my experience, I cannot recommend them at this time
